Payment Methods: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and will accept money orders and cashier's checks. We will accept personal checks by mail, but they must clear prior to shipment of your order. All orders must be placed in store or by telephone. 865-254-4350

Returns / Exchanges: We offer our customers a 48 hour return policy as follows: Within 48 hours of receipt of purchase, customers may return in stock products for any reason and receive full merchandise credit,less shipping, providing the merchandise is returned (shipping & insurance prepaid) in new condition with all packaging, manuals and warranty cards intact, so that it can be resold as new. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. All special orders will require 50% down with the remaining 50% due within 2 weeks of notification to the customer that the item is available at our store. Any item not in stock is classified as a special order and is non-refundable. Call 865-254-4350 to get a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused. When shipping merchandise back to us, please over wrap the package thus protecting the merchandise and the packaging. You must have the package insured by the carrier for your invoice amount.

Store hours: We work by appointment only. We are a small company and want to devote time to our customers one on one. This way you will have no disturbances and can focus on the instrument and its tone!
